A lakeside pavilion built for gathering.

A timber pavilion with a stone fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, flagstone and a fire feature on the water, from first site visit to finished space.

Before

An open lakefront lawn with an old slab and a view worth building around. The site visit covers layout, flow, elevation and utilities before anything is drawn.

Design

TCO's 3D design shows the pavilion, fireplace, seating and flagstone in place, so the homeowner can walk the space before ground is broken.

Build

Our crew pours the slab, raises the timber frame, sets the stone and builds in the kitchen, then finishes the fire feature and walkways.
